EAST ATLANTA | Council member to host forum and meeting on Wednesday night | News

ATLANTA -- District 5 Council member Natalyn Archibong will host a forum with Atlanta Police Chief George Turner at Charles Drew Elementary School on Wednesday night.  

The forum will address the city's current alcohol license ordinances and enforcement measures and it will be followed be a meeting concerning current plans for redistricting in the neighborhood.  

"It is imperative that our residents understand our city's current alcohol licensing laws and enforcement measures," Councilmember Archibong said. 

The forum will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the redistricting meeting will begin around 7 p.m. Charles Drew Elementary is located at 301 East Lake Boulevard in SE Atlanta. 

Council member Archibong represents Lake Claire, East Lake, Kirkwood, East Atlanta, Edgewood and Reynoldstown.
